Your Phone is saying your sim card is unreadable right? No worries this is a normal message until your service is activated.
Please ACTIVATE your service. This will resolve the unreadable error. The SIM card is provisioned during activation so this error will resolve with activation.

How will I know it's been activated?
Hi Kyla! Your old device will read no service next to the signal bars and/or the old device will not be able to make phone calls. Hope that helps!
